Operating systems that i know

The following are a list of operating systems that i know, just thought that it would help few of you in knowing some of the names:

Windows ( Microsoft) - 3.0,3.1,95,98,NT,200,ME,XP,2003,Vista,7

Mac ( Apple) - Leopard

Linux -Ubuntu,Fedorall,Opensuse

Chrome OS (Google)

Open Solaris (Sun Microsystems)

The first name is the main OS name or kernel on which the on which the OS is based on, the name inside the brackets are the producers while the names that follow it are the various versions or various models available under it.

What is tethering?

This is a term that most of might have not heard a lot. But it is a concept that we all know.

Tethering is the process by which you can use Internet access for a computer through a mobile device, or to simply put it, using a mobile device as a modem to connect to the Internet. Most of the phones of today have this feature included within them, for some others we can also use special applications to enable this feature. The medium through which you can connect the computer for tethering with the phone may be either though USB or Bluetooth.
