The word is out, Techshout has released the top 5 mobiles that were able to catch the market in 2008. The year had a been full of ups and downs for the mobile industry, with mobiles hits and flops. There were countless models that were introduced in the year, but only the following could make it to the top 5, they are:

2008 had been a year with new innovation in mobile designs. With the introducton of the iPhone and its touch interface the usage of mobile without buttons had reached new heights and many mobiles with the same features were beginning to be released. Looks like that in 2009, we will be able to a lot of touch phones.

Who are the top internet surfers?

Who do you think would be the top internet surfers? Kids, teens or adults. Well I think all might agree that teens are the top surfers. But recent surveys shows a very different result. The poll conducted by wikipedia showed that UK women are the toppers of using the most of their leisure time on the internet. Especially British housewives have found to spend 47% of their leisure time on the internet. Its competitor was the Chinese who found to spend 44% on average time on the internet.

Considering the average for people under 25 years, it was found that all countries had an average of 36% but China alone had 50% of their time spent on the internet.
Also across all countries every individual on average had 17 online friends and 60% of all have had first person encounters. 40% of Chinese have already met their online friends in person. But the toppers who have met their online friends in person are the Germans with about 75% of them having done so.

Dell has brought out its new Inspiron 15 laptop. It is currently considered as the most stylish laptop. The laptop's features include:

Samsung's Slimmest LCD TV

Slim and trendy is the way that it is going on now a days. Samsung is now bringing on the worlds slimmest LCD TV. Before we get into Samsung, we shall get to know something about the other slim brothers of same kind. Sony has their slim TV which is 9.9mm in thickness and there is also Philips which has a TV with a thickness of 8mm which is currently the slimmest. But now Samsung has brought out a new competitor with a thickness of 6.5mm. Other features include HD picture quality and also has a back light feature which utilizes LEDs, while other TVs used florescent bulbs.

The TV was recently showcased on the CES 2009. This one had become the most anticipated TV in the showcase.

Pentax's 12mp Digital Camera

Pentax has released the next camera in the Optio series. Named as Optio P70 it is packed up with many features such as:

Ghajini - The game

Ghajini(Bollywood) is the recent remake of a tamil movie sharing the same name. The tamil version was done by the rocking tamil star "Surya" while the hindi version was done by bollywood's rocking star "Aamir Khan". The movie is making itself a great success in the industry. Now Eros international and FX Labs have teamed up to make the game version of it. If completed this could be one of the first game adaptation of a hindi move. The game will be featuring the actor in the main role. Aamir Khan will be lending his voice for his character. It is said that the action sequences of the game have also been enhanced from the movie to make it more interesting. The game will be available soon enough.

Apple Iphone Gloves

Apple's gadget , the iPhone is one of its own kind with a stylish graphical interface and a smart touch screen. The touch screen only works on human skin touch as it picks the slight electrical discharge from the human skin. So the phone can only be used on bare hands. But you cant always be on bare hands, for example in cold countries. To overcome this, Apple is in the making of a glove that will allow the discharge to take place through it.
