Pentax's 12mp Digital Camera

Pentax has released the next camera in the Optio series. Named as Optio P70 it is packed up with many features such as:

1. 12 megapixel camera
2. Movie recording in wide screen HD format
3. Intelligent zoom with 25x zooming capability.

The camera also comes with the face recognition software which can recognize to about 32 faces in a frame. It also has the smile capture and blink detection features. Other functions include picture modes like potrait, landscape, candlelight and other already available ones.....It comes with a new party mode and also allows us to reduce the file size of our favorite images. There are ninety different digital frames to use from and also has image recovery system. Its monitor is a 2.7 inch LCD monitor and it comes in a slim trend. It will be released in the markets around February 2009
