Apple had released iTunes version 10.2.2, with some of the minor improvements. For all the jailbreakers outside it is safe for you to upgrade to this version i.e. it is jailbreak safe. As for iPhone 4 users, who are waiting for the iOS 4.3.2 untethered jailbreak, redsn0w version 0.9.6 rc14 has been released, which fixes the problem of jailbreaking the iPhone 4 on iOS 4.3.2.
